Substrates
The following materials or substrates are used:

• Crepe tissue as from 41 gram/m²
• Non-woven as from 22 gram/m²
• Airlaid as from 45 gram/m²
• Thermobonded spunlace as from 35 gram/m² in Vis/PP composition
• Hydro entangled spunlace as from 40 gram/m² in Vis/PET or Vis/PP or 100% viscose composition
• Hydro entangled spunlace with embossing as from 50 gram/m² in Vis/PET or Vis/PP composition
• Cross lapped spunlace as from 50 gram/m² in Vis/PET or Vis/PP or 100% viscose composition
• Spunlace with meltblown abrasive side as from 55 gram/m² in Vis/PET
• Needlepunch as from 80 gram/m² in Vis/PET composition
• Apertured spunlace as from 40 gram/m² in Vis/PET composition
• 100% cotton hydro- entangled spunlace as from 50 gram/m²

Lotions/Chemicals
Lotions are developed in compliance with the individual demands of the customer.
We work with the following ingredients:

• Tensides (surfactants)
• Perfume oils (the perfumes used for our cosmetic products are in compliance with the 7th Amendment of the Cosmetic Law and do not include the 26 declarable allergenic ingredients
• Extracts of plants (chamomile, aloe vera, calendula, cucumber, witch hazel,…)
• Other active substances (vitamins, panthenol, allantoin, emollients,...)
• Emulsifiers
• Preservatives (necessary for wet wipe products)

When choosing the raw materials, we always consider ecological criteria (Öko-Test, SNF, BDIH,…). On request or for special applications also raw materials in Pharmceutical (Ph.Eur) quality can be supplied.

All formulations are developed and tested in our own laboratory. Every new formulation is dermatologically and clinically tested in external laboratories or hospitals.
If necessary, solutions for individual inquiries can be even developed with external partners.
